EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR
THE LONG-TERM LEASE OF AGRICULTURAL PROPERTIES
New Life Investment Company Inc. (NewLife) and its subsidiary Resolution Life Assurance Company Ltd. (ResLife) invite Expressions of Interest for the long-term lease of the following properties in St. John. The initial lease period proposed is thirty-five (35) years, with an option to renew. Lease prices are approximately $1,000 BDS depending on the size of the property.

Interested parties are required to submit a Business Plan, including proof of both equity and non-equity financing, in respect of their intended use of the properties. NewLife and ResLife will enter into Confidentiality agreements covering all information included in the Business Plan.
The arable portion of each property must be used for food crop cultivation and/or agri-business projects; and proposals should include water harvesting/ recycling plans, such as catchment ponds.
